I no longer have a uterus or ovaries. My voice is deepening and when I talk to strangers on the phone, they address me as “sir” because my voice sounds masculine. I am also starting to shave my face because I am developing a beard (and a hairy chest). I may not have a full-sized penis, but I have grown a micro-penis. So, no, I may not have testicles, but that doesn’t change the fact that the world is starting to view me as male.

As for a new word? Transgender man or transguy isn’t good enough for you? I’d think those would be fairly clear descriptors to differentiate from cisguys. Personally, I like the word transguy as a descriptor for myself, especially since I’m very open about who and what I am.
